Helping to break down the walls of the old self and addictions and helping to find identity in Jesus. We are a growing Ministry that has been through some of the rougher parts of life. We have seen life through the eyes of addiction, prison, alcoholism, abuse (both sides), depression, loneliness, heartbreak, rejection and the list goes on. We know what it is like to be the “outcast” and the “black sheep”.
We feel led to take our past, what the world defines as failures, and use them to help others overcome. There is a light on the other side, there is hope. We have found our hope in the One True Light of Jesus, our Savior and King. We have been walking and growing in our walk with Him and know some of the struggles can be overwhelming and sometimes consuming.
Here we will share our past, present and future journey in our walk. We will be completely open and transparent knowing that it is the only way to help. Exposing our failures and miss steps will not only help the ones still trapped but also the people breaking down the walls. You are not alone and don’t have to do it alone. Our mission is to help in the transformation into the new creation in Christ.
Romans 12:2 “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God”
After being in a lifestyle long enough your thought process changes. The way you view things changes. An addict doesn’t think like someone who isn’t an addict, a convict (ex-convict) doesn’t think like someone that’s never been there, and so on. It’s really tough to talk, or sometimes even listen to someone, that hasn’t been there. We’ve been there and we know the pain. We’ve been there and we understand the place that your in. We’ve been there and God has sent us to tell you there is a better way. To tell you that there is a way out, a way to be free from the darkness. That freedom can only be found in Jesus.
Words of Jesus in Luke 4:18-19 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because He has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor”
Jesus came to set us free. Jesus came for you and for me. We are here to walk this with you. We are here to stand beside you, walk beside you and to encourage you on this walk.
If you haven’t accepted Jesus as your Savior, or don’t really know what that is, then feel free to contact us. We are here to help.
Be blessed knowing there’s a better way.
In Jesus Alone,
Chris and Christina
